sights of life from a passerby

About

First Light, Last Flake

Ten years ago, this blog became a fun hobby, a place to share a few photographs — and thoughts — about the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. I still live in the foothills of this gold discovery country. Job and family changes, though, distracted from photography for the last several years. Once again, my digital SLR is coming out of its bag. On hikes or snowshoe treks, though, the cell camera has become the more common photo tool. I hope you enjoy my humble photos — and ironic expressions.
